Cards And A Playlist: Don’t… Just Don’t

Today, for no good reason at all, I’m featuring vintage baseball cards combined with songs that have a title beginning with “Don’t”…And the only thing that the cards have to do with the playlist is that I DON’T have anything in particular to say about these cards.

  1. Never knew there were so many tunes that started with “Don’t”. I can only think of one to add, unless I missed it, which is Don’t Come Around Here No More by Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers.

    • Whatever you’re lookin’ for… Don’t come around here no more…. Yes! Completely forgot about that one (and might have to download it as well).

I thought of one more myself — Don’t You Forget About Me by Simple Minds (from The Breakfast Club).

  2. Wow, there really are a lot of great songs there. I can’t even pick a favorite. Two don’t-s for your players– both Cubs related, –Don’t blow a perfect game by walking the 27th batter, and don’t blow an 8-1/2 game lead in August and end up not going to the World Series.
